Location was fine for us. Walkable to where we needed to go
Stayed 2 nights. The first night, guests staying in another room were a little loud. I do not think they knew we were there. Once we asked them to quiet down they did.

An ideal location only a short walk to the L; the house is spotless with comfortable beds and a great shower. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The host Rebecca is so kind and quick to respond if you need her! This is our 2nd time staying here and have already booked to stay again, it’s the first place we look for when we are visiting Philly!
Nothing, everything was perfect!

Clean, nicely appointed
The guests above us were very loud walkers! Heavy footed!! Woke us up in the middle of the night all three nights. Would have been nice I’m gave bottled water on the room.
