Kozi Suites Nairobi Airport

We had a wonderful stay! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at reception — a big thumbs-up to them! The rooftop restaurant is fantastic, with very good food available 24/7. The service is excellent, and the WhatsApp ordering system is super convenient: you can check the menu and prices, order in advance, and receive a message when your food is ready. The rooms are good, too. For families, I strongly recommend the 48 m² suite instead of the 28 m² room. We tried both as a family of three with our nine-year-old daughter, and we slept much more comfortably in the suite thanks to the much bigger bed and extra space. The laundry service is another great advantage: your clothes are washed, dried, folded, and returned to your room for a fee. The QR code in the room also makes it easy to access the website and contact reception or the restaurant via WhatsApp. Overall, a great experience with comfortable rooms, delicious food, and genuinely lovely staff. A big thumbs-up from our family — we would happily stay here again!

Excellent accommodation near Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

Nothing.

Quality of the room, cleanliness, food but most of all the service by all staff members!

Nothing

We stayed for one night as we had a flight the next morning. The staff were really lovely and it was fine for 5 hours of sleeping!

Quite outdated and cleanliness was questionable - but it was a cheap stay!
