Paul checked us in. He showed us all of the best places to go. He was very friendly and gave us a room overlooking the street. The location was perfect. Very easy to get to. We had a wonderful stay, especially given the price.

My wife and I took a late decision to take a break in Paris, preferably in the 5th arrondissement and Hotel Quartier Latin seemed to fulfill those needs.
Having stayed in Paris on a few occasions, we expected a "compact" room and that was what we had. No problems though; views out of the window out onto the neighbouring cafes, early morning sunshine and a quiet, well sound-insulated room.
We didn't use the breakfast facilities since we like to get a bit of a walk in before breakfast; usually 3000 to 4000 steps.
Room service was efficient and unobtrusive.
In short, we wouldn't have any problems paying this hotel another visit.
In these days of digital devices, it would have been nice to have have had USB outlets on the wall sockets.
