It was the perfect stay from day 1 to our very last day. Communication was excellent. Cindy was right there to answer any questions or needs. I wish more hosts would go out of their way to make our stay perfect Beds were comfy, showers were hot, the washer and dryer was nice in the master bedroom. Air fryer and outdoor freezer was a great addition

Under the short notice and circumstance this property was perfect for what we needed! A simple, elegant, quaint home that served all needs.

Cindy is an amazing host. When I asked about bringing in a cot for our young child, she brought in trundle beds! As soon as I opened the front door, I was on vacation. Her house is beautiful and she has really taken time to add special touches both in her decor and in her caring bonuses for guests who invariably forget things, including hair ties and dental picks! The available kayaks add fun, activity and value. We didn’t make use of half of the recreational products - lighted corn hole, mountain bikes, fishing poles (we used our own), fishing nets, inner tubes, etc. We used the kayaks daily and saw rental rates starting around 50 each nearby. Her notebook of nearby food and attractions is as thoughtful as it is helpful. The night lights in the toilets were awesome! The beds are comfortable and sheets luxurious. The location is great. We had a chance to visit with a couple neighbors who are very friendly and don’t at all mind having a short-term rental nearby, which is a real bonus! The area was hit hard by Hurricane Helene (as 2nd generation Floridian, truly a once in several lifetimes storm) and some neighboring properties are in various stages of recovery - it did not detract from our stay at all, hence the 5 stars, but its something to be aware of. If you have to wait out a Florida rain, pull out the Laugh Out Loud game. It was so much fun for both kids and adults. We will definitely be back! We can’t thank Cindy enough for a vacation that exceeded our expectations.

Cindy was absolutely amazing and her communication was great! We arrived in awe of how clean and beautiful the house was. Stocked with all of your kitchen, bathroom and water needs, from spices to bandaids to life jackets! She’s got it all! We’re already planning out next vacation at the house. Thank you Cindy!!
