En general estaba bastante bien, había sitios en la misma puerta del apartamento para aparcar, la piscina estaba bien, no se llena mucho de gente y la cocina tenía lo necesario para cocinar bien.

El check in es un poco tarde y el check out pronto por lo que juntando los dos pierdes casi un día de las vacaciones. La cama era un poco incómoda te hundías al centro. El agua de la piscina estaba caliente.

El alojamiento está en una urbanización con piscina y jardines muy cuidados con seguridad. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y limpiar, porque la limpieza no está incluida a no ser que se contrate aparte

El colchón era blandísimo e incómodo, el mantenimiento de la casa dejaba un poco que desear y en general el apartamento tenía olores desagradables. El horario del check-in es muy tarde y el del check out muy pronto. A tener en cuenta que no hay jabón y que solo dan un rollo de papel higiénico para toda la estancia

The urbanisation is a great location, apartment was clean on arrival although could do with towels being replaced as they were looking a bit worn and tatty. There are good local facilities, cafes, bars and supermarkets. Good bus services if you don’t have use of a car. Pools are clean and suitable for swimming with lifeguard on duty and the whole urbanisation has a relaxed and pleasant feel about it.

We were expecting a terrace, the apartment was 2nd floor and difficult for my husband who was awaiting a hip replacement to keep going up and down. From the booking it looked like a terrace which would have been much more accessible. I have friends living in the urbanisation who when I booked checked the location of the available apartments , number 1 was on the ground floor so we opted for that one. On arrival we were given number 6 on the 2nd floor. On the Saturday we had a leak from the toilet, we went to reception to report, receptionist on duty did not understand the problem but luckily my friend speaks fluent Spanish so was able to help. Not sure what we would have done otherwise. There was no maintenance available as it was a weekend but they requested a maintenance visit which did happen, not very successful as the guy just said he couldn’t do anything until Monday, he just put a bucket under part of the leak. My husband turned the water off on the cistern and we just turned it on to flush. This reduced some of the leak but we still had to be continually mopping the floor. We left the keys and swim bands in the drop box on leaving at 7.55am. At 5.30 uk time I had a message asking if we had vacated the property, I replied that we were back in the uk and keys had been left in drop box. I took this opportunity to mention my complaints only to be told that I hadn’t booked number 1 as it’s a 2 bed(not true) and that I should have reported the leak not waited until I got home! Obviously a breakdown in communication between staff somewhere.
