The room was very spacious, the breakfast was very homely and tasty and the staff were very courteous

Location is good but the standard for a business hotel is not maintained the same way we used to visit 10years ag0, we have been coming at least once in 2-3 years in this hotel
walls should be cleaned on regular basis as the walls are painted white with stains visible or should be neatly painted

The staff approach was good. But nobody assisted to trace the room. We need to find the room. They only directed the floor
No milk powder given for making morning tea / coffee.
No comb included in toiletries.
The towels were very old as the colour of the same was off white. Not white..
