Everything!
The staff are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating and will go the extra mile - I needed an early breakfast so that I could be at work on time, so the evening staff rang the chef who then came in early!
Food is absolutely amazing and so is the chef. Everything is cooked to perfection, breakfast and evening meal.
The room was lovely with everything that I needed. Well furnished and an extremely comfy bed
Nothing

The English breakfasts were exceptional, however the healthier alternatives were inadequate. No fruit nor yoghurt, muesli or granola, so not really good value.
Nothing.....everything else was good.
