Hotel Venera Istanbul Old City

Excellent hotel with a great location! Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, with a fantastic variety of food and something different every day, so there was always plenty of choice. Overall, a lovely dining experience and a great place to stay!

The hotel is very clean and has an excellent location, which makes exploring Istanbul very convenient. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated their hospitality.

Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with a limited selection and very little variety. The lady working at the spa was particularly unwelcoming and unfriendly, which made us feel uncomfortable. The most unacceptable issue was with housekeeping. Some of our clothes that we had deliberately set aside as dirty laundry were thrown away by the housekeeping staff. This is a serious mistake and should never happen in a hotel, as guests should be able to trust the staff to handle their personal belongings with care. Although the hotel's location and cleanliness are definite advantages, the issues we experienced with housekeeping and the spa service significantly affected our overall impression. Better staff training, greater attention to guests' belongings, and an improved breakfast selection are needed to make the experience worthy of the hotel's standards.

Le seul problème c’est le bruit dans le couloir dans la nuit, et même dehors on entend les voitures passer. On dormait pas bien à cause de ça
