Emplacement central, super pratique. Très bien isolé du bruit. Les chambres sont sur l'arrière donc au calme.elles donnent sur le mur de l'immeuble donc vis à vis important. Nous avons gardé les volets quasi fermés. La climatisation fonctionne très bien dans tout l'appartement, super agréable avec la canicule.lave vaisselle, lave linge très appréciable.

Les salles de bain mériteraient d'être rénovées car infiltration d'eau dans les murs et pommeau de douche rouillé.

The location is very central and close to cafes, bars, récurants and shops, but it is also quiet with the windows closed. It is also very close to bus stops and train stations. The apartment is spacious. There is a lift in the building and air-conditioning in the apartment, which is great when it’s really hot!

If you are arriving by car, it is not possible to pull up in front of the apartment to unload your bags. We had planned to do this, but ended up returning the rental car and then catching an Uber back to the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment had a modern and stylish design that made it feel comfortable and welcoming. One of the biggest advantages was the location—it is right in the heart of Lisbon and within walking distance of many major tourist attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas. It was very convenient to explore the city without relying on transportation. Overall, the property was clean, well-maintained, and served as an excellent base for our Lisbon vacation.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few areas that could be improved. There was a damp, moldy odor whenever the air conditioning turned off, which made the apartment feel less fresh. The Wi-Fi signal did not work in the second bedroom, which was inconvenient. The bedrooms were also quite dark because the windows could not really be opened, and the view looked directly onto a neighboring building and an alleyway with visible garbage. In addition, the primary bathroom could use some maintenance. The shower ceiling was peeling, and there was noticeable mold on the shower caulking. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

The location is fantastic. The sink was clogged but upon informing, it was sorted immediately. Staff communication was very good. The lift was a big help with the luggage considering apartment was on second floor.

Not many necessities were provided considering the price eg enough washing up liquid/other cleaning products/basic cooking essentials. The bedrooms were VERY dark. Better lighting should be provided if there’s not enough daylight coming through. Outside the bedroom was building work on another flat. A builder was right outside my window which meant I couldn’t keep my window open. Some mould in the bathroom and dust along doors etc.
