The hotel is located within a decent walking distance from restaurants and bars. Finding dinner was easy.
It has ample parking space, and on the road to the ruins of Pompei, probably 5-7 minutes' drive.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room and facilities are very clean.
Breakfast has room for improvement.

L’hôtel est bien situé à proximité des sites touristiques. Propre et le personnel est très agréable. Grand parking privé.
L’hôtel est un peu vieux, la salle de bain mérite un rafraîchissement et l’ascenseur est dangereux. Il se referme sans sécurité.

Rooms are very clean apart from the crack in the bathroom basin. Clean towels every other day and stocked with washing toiletries daily . Its a 15 minute walk to the ruins and approx 10 mins from the town centre . Staff are on 24 /7 and always friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the room quiet . Bonus of air con to the room was essential for summer stays . Most rooms have a balcony so those that smoke can do so on the balcony ..
Not much really for the standard of hotel . Breakfast is limited . The toaster packed up after two days through our stay so cereals and usual continental ham / cheese/ tomatoes are the mainstay but the croissants were excellent .

Secure parking and location — 15 minute walk from the archeological museum and train station.
The best was Lucia and her extraordinary service. The rest of the staff was really friendly and service oriented.
Very dirty :(
The hotel could be very good, but it seems like they abandoned the overall maintenance and hygiene.
Terrible smell of cigarettes everywhere but particularly nasty in the room. Dirty spots and stains on the walls, tv screen, WC seat was yellow, white curtains were gray of dust.
Not the cleaning staff fault but the management that has to see those details and keep up the maintenance of the place.
Limited breakfast.
Very expensive for what it is.
