Blu Arena Hotel

Das Hotel liegt Nahe der Autobahn, an der Nord - Süd Achse, etwa 10 min von Pesaro entfert. Es hat im Ort etliche Restaurants und Tankstellen, hat also alles für einen angenehmen Zwischenstop. Die Zimmer waren ruhig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war jetzt nicht überragend, hatte aber alles was es braucht. Um fit den Weg fortzusetzen, können wir das Hotel durchaus empfehlen.

Eravamo già stati in questo hotel e sinceramente ci piace molto a partire dalla posizione molto tranquilla ma tattica,l hotel è curato nelle stanze(soprattutto non c è la moquette),il personale è disponibile e cordiale e la colazione è buona e varia.

Close to where the Ligabue concert was held. Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable, good water pressure. The receptionist at the front counter with long hair was so lovely and helpful during check in and greeted us with a welcoming smile even though she was alone and dealing with an influx of people checking in at the same time.

When we entered the room there was a very strong smell of chemical cleaning product so we opened up the window to try to circulate fresh air, but directly below our window was a group of kids with their vespas making a loud racket and smoking so we couldn’t get to sleep. We phoned the lovely receptionist and she went out to ask them to quieten down, but they became louder instead. The receptionist also offered us another room but we were so tired we didn’t want to swap rooms so we just waited it out and the kids eventually left half an hour later. The breakfast was very average, we presented 10 minutes before they closed but we only wanted a coffee, the two young waiters there had no personality, couldn’t be bothered saying hello or evening cracking a smile, it was clear they didn’t enjoy their job and had zero customer service skills, the worst customer service we’ve had in Italy.
