Overall, we had a great stay. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and the location couldn't have been better for easy beach access. Although it's in a high-rise, everyone we encountered was friendly, and we had no trouble reserving beach chairs at the beginning of our stay, which made our beach days easy and enjoyable.For a property at this price point, I also expected the kitchen to be better equipped, especially for a home that accommodates 12 guests. There were plenty of plates, bowls, and cups, but the cookware, cooking utensils, food storage containers, dish towels, and other basic kitchen essentials were quite limited. I understand that consumable items like trash bags and toilet paper may not be fully stocked, but when you're paying over 2,000 per night, I think it's reasonable to expect a more thoughtfully equipped kitchen and a few more basic household necessities with a few extra towels. Also know that the “grills” are downstairs in the property and charcoal. There were two rather old vacuums but they weren’t sufficient for cleaning up sand and the floor. A swiffer would have been really nice. The mattress in the master as well as the top bunks were quite worn down. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property, especially for its cleanliness, location, and beach access. With a few improvements to the kitchen/ cleaning supplies and mattresses it would provide an even better guest experience.

Beautiful condo and views. The amenities of the facility were great and well maintained. We had several intrusions by service people, some expected and some not. They were all respectful and it didn't interfere with our enjoyment of our vacation.

Upon our arrival the slide (main reason for booking this condo), lazy river and hot tub was closed. We contacted Beachball (property owners) and they said they were not notified of this and that I should talk to Phoenix…After my husband called back again they gave us one night refund…meanwhile other guests were getting back several nights for the inconvenience. This was a huge disappointment to our family. The last day we were there the slide came on and they were able to play. The room was very nice! We were just very disappointed on how Beachball handled this situation.
