This home was perfect for our family vacation. The back yard was so relaxing and fun to hang in. The pool over looking the canel was great to float and enjoy the view. The hut provided great shade to have a break from that hot Florida sun. The dock was in great shape and we enjoyed sitting out there fishing and watching for dolphins and birds. We fished everyday and caught a small variety of fish even though it was very hot and maybe not the best time for good fishing. We were lucky enough to see the firework display for the 4th right from the dock. The inside of the house is put together so well and was very comfortable. The pool table was an added fun activity we enjoyed at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to get meals together. Communication with the owners was easy and they gave us some good recommendations to enjoy while we were there. They home was probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in. It was overall a great stay and if we do come back to Clearwater this would be the place I would stay in, hands down.

This was the easiest house rental ever. Check-in was simple. We got a message with the details and were able to access the house on time. Checkout was even easier. Take out the garbage and that is it. No 20 step process you need to follow of get fined. We didn't even have to take the garbage to the curb on garbage day.The house is better than it looks in the pics and the pool was amazing. While we did not catch any fish, we are novices, we did have a Manatee swim right past us while we were fishing. That was really cool. The location is perfect. Far enough of the main drive that you do not hear any noise and still only a few minute walk to the beach. The house has high end appliances. we didn't cook other than reheating some pizza, but we have a college athlete Son who eats all day long so having a nice kichen with plenty of room for food was great. :)The pool area is really nice. Plenty of seating, great pool, and private.I did not use the outdoor grill, paddle boards, or kayaks so I cannot comment on those items. We elected to get a rental car because we knew we were going to a few restaraunts in Clearwater and Tampa, but if you are not planning on leaving the area you could walk to everything you need. The host Adriana is amazing . I had a few questions and she responded very quickly. The most responsive and pleasant host we have dealt with.

Fantastic location, Pool was great, Very very clean property, great views, great TVs

Wonderful stay. The hosts were very responsive and the property was very clean and as represented in the listing. The polar vortex made the first week a little chilly but things warmed up and we very much enjoyed the rest of the month. Highly recommended. BLH.
