Beautiful view. Spacious. Quiet surroundings.

You need a car to get around.

Nice apartments furnished in a simple, traditional style in an incredible location overlooking the Chora and the ocean on both sides. There are 6 apartments in the group and all except one (apt 6) have uninterrupted views of the island and the ocean. We were given a very late check in and the hotel manager was super friendly, even when I complained that we were not in the studio that we booked. We had booked the studio right at the end of the block, with the pergola shaded with bougainvillea (my reason for choosing this hotel rather than another one), but this was given to someone else and we were put in one of the studios in the middle and with no pergola. When I pointed out the mistake we were offered a choice of 2 different rooms that were more private, although not the room we had booked as this seems to have been pre-reserved for the entire month and should not have been listed for rent. I choose the studio at the back because more spacious. The views here are partly blocked by the 2-storey block in front, but you still have lovely views either side and it's lovely to sit on the balcony in the late afternoon and evening when the sun has disappeared behind the hill. I appreciated the effort to resolve the situation with the room and to offer me a selection of rooms that were indeed available. Our stay was very comfortable and I loved sitting on the sofa in the mornings by the open window (too hot to use the balcony) reading and writing. As others have mentioned, a small lunch box is delivered each morning with hot rolls and fresh pastries and it was lovely to have the surprise of a different pastry each day. My favourite was the cheese or cheese and spinach pie. It was generally very quiet and I enjoyed watching the old man next door potter around with his chickens. The location is wonderful. Grandma's Cafe up the road has brilliant breakfasts and brunches with delicious coffee and in the other direction you are a short drive from the Chora.

Just a couple of things that others have also mentioned. It would have been nice to have some way to make a decent coffee in the morning. Doesn't have to be a fancy pod machine. A Bialetti or even a drip filter would be fine. Instant coffee is supplied, but who can drink that poison?! Shade over the balcony would have allowed us to have breakfast outside but with the full blast of the sun, it wasn't possible (although we did try). And a longer shower curtain would stop the water from flooding the bathroom. This last one was not so much of a problem because the towels were changed daily so we could use them to mop up the bathroom floor after showering (a longer curtain would be more hygienic though).

La vue est absolument incroyable. Il y a beaucoup de randonnées possibles autour, pour les amoureux de la nature, c’est un endroit tres bien.

La vue est incroyable. L'hôte laisse à la porte tous les matins des snacks spécialités grecques. Le logement est spacieux et bien aménagé.

La lumière de toutes les ampoules est blanche ce qui ne donne pas de chaleur au lieu. La terrasse n'est pas couverte / protégée et vs l'orientation du logement même en juin dés 9h l'espace extérieur est en plein soleil et rend la prise du petit déjeuner désagréable. Un des placard sent l'humidité et les affaires rangées dedans deviennent toutes moites en une journée. L'hôte que ne propose pas de pickup et dropoff au port et propose une taxi à 36€ le voyage alors que la location d'une voiture à la journée est à 40€
