Отличное расположение, наличие возможности бесплатно припарковаться в центре - отдельный значимый бонус, но парковка на тротуаре, неизвестно сколько еще будет такая лазейка. Так или иначе все в шаговой доступности, расположение прекрасное. Хорошая планировка, много пространства, все необходимое имеется. Очень классный вид из окна на проспект. Прямо внизу вполне достойный ресторан.
По-мелочи: есть к чему приложить руки- розетки, дверные ручки, сантехнические краны разболтаны. Жизни не мешает, но такой момент присутствует. С клининговыми услугами в Белграде видимо тоже не очень, были небольшие вопросы.

The owner was friendly, met us and made a room tour. The apartment was pretty big and clean, very conveniently placed in terms of public transport routes.
Others mention an odor, and there is some, but you get used to it within a few minutes. Wall electrical sockets are somewhat loose, and you need to be careful with them no to rip them out.

The facilities of the house were sufficient, spacious, and provided uninterrupted service. It was always well-heated, and hot water was available at all times. The location was also very nice.

The host was the rudest host I have ever encountered. She was extremely impolite and responded to questions in a commanding and disrespectful manner. I felt that her behavior was discriminatory and that she treated us this way because we are Turkish. She said she would give us the key for check-in at 10:00 a.m. , and even though we were there at 9:45 a.m, she pointed at her watch, frowned, and spoke very rudely to us. Additionally, the bathroom in the house had an unbearable bad smell. The host also walked us through the entire house, including all rooms and the bathroom, stepping on all the carpets while wearing her outdoor shoes, which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Ev sahibi hayatımda karşılaştığım en kaba ev sahibiydi. Son derece saygısızdı ve sorulan sorulara emir verir gibi, küçümseyici bir şekilde cevap veriyordu. Türk olduğumuz için bu şekilde davranıldığını ve ayrımcılığa maruz kaldığımızı düşündüm. Check-in için anahtarı 10.00’da bize vereceğini söylemişti; ancak 9.45’ta orada olmamıza rağmen saatini gösterip yüzünü ekşitti ve bize kaba bir şekilde konuştu. Ayrıca evdeki banyo dayanılmaz derecede kötü kokuyordu. Ev sahibi, dışarıda giydiği ayakkabılarla evin tüm odalarını, banyoyu ve tüm halıları basarak bizi evde dolaştırdı; bu durum oldukça rahatsız edici ve hijyenik değildi.
