A beautiful hotel with absolutely stunning views! The food was good, both at the hotel and in the nearby restaurants. There were lots of families with young children and babies, luckily the overall atmosphere was still calm and relaxed. Portocolom itself is a lovely, peaceful village, perfect for a relaxing family holiday.
The only downsides were the poor-quality hairdryer in the room and the lack of direct access to the sea via swimming ladders, which appeared to be broken or out of use.

Loved the design, such nice apartments, great location, super staff, excellent food and drinks
Nothing!

Views to the crashing waves were very hypnotic. Pool was lovely, nice towels and lifeguard. Decor was very tasteful, newly renovated. Staff were lovely. They were doing all the basics amazingly.
Nearby beach very nice.
Apart-hotel sometimes suggests not as good facilities as a proper hotel- not at all in this case. Perhaps the name should reflect more the reality!
Bit of a walk to the main town, but bars and restaurants nearby were good.
Wellness offer was a little expensive.
Coffee in the room would be nice.
