Very nice basic villa with beautiful Coral Bay views. Driveway is steep with a ridge at the top; if renting use a 4wd with good clearance. Stone wall in the parking area is a work of art! Easy drive to Skinny Legs and Coral Bay markets, not far to Maho and Francis Bay beaches.

We enjoyed our time at this house. It has beautiful views from all rooms. The driveway is very steep but doable. Had good communication with the host when something needed to be fixed or if we had any questions. The kitchen cabinets were a little tired and had elastics around the knobs to keep them closed. Could have some updating, but still a nice property. It was very windy when we were there so didn't sit out on the wraparound porch. The pool was fine, but was a bit cool to go in unless in the heat of the day. It was a nice visit and would like to go back again!

The deck and pool view were above incredible!!!We would stay here again for that alone. Communication was also outstanding answering questions about the island. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs. Snorkeling equipment available for use. Also bug spray and suntan sprays available. Washer and dryer also available. A couple things to be aware of-the driveway is very steep and narrow as many places are on island. Furniture in main living area is in need of repair and updating. We couldn’t get TV to work to see updates on US crisis w/ Venezuela which was happening while we were there. We spent the majority of our time in pool or deck when we were here. As I said before……. Those 2 things alone were so outstanding that the rest didn’t matter to us.

While I believe this house is nicer than most on the island It definitely did not live up to the price per night . The kitchen needs massive updating . The stove is gas and needs replacing . When we would cook on It the flames would go up the sides of the pans , burning the sides of our hands and the heat off the stove was just horrific . It made the already un-air conditioned living space a sauna. We would have loved to used the grill so that we didn’t have to have the added heat in the house ….. but the grill was completely rusted out . The living room furniture is not real furniture . It’s more like what one would use on a patio. There were no curtains on the windows which made the sunrise at 5:30-6 am exhausting because we couldn’t sleep . There were sheer pull down shades but It definitely did not keep the sun out . We couldn’t understand why there would be air units in the bedrooms and not in the main space . And some fans in the main space didn’t work . It just was not worth the price listed to feel the way we did . Luckily the views from the home were breathtaking.
