We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. From the moment we booked, the team was incredibly attentive, responsive and helpful. They communicated with us proactively on WhatsApp before our arrival and were always quick to respond throughout our stay. The whole Balisuperhost team, especially Surya, went above and beyond to make everything easy for us. They helped us organise pool decorations, dinner catering, supermarket deliveries and breakfast preparation, and were incredibly accommodating with all of our requests. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and enjoyable rather than simply providing the basics. The villa itself was even better than we expected. It looked exactly like the photos, if anything, even more beautiful in person, and had fantastic amenities. Everything was beautifully maintained, comfortable and thoughtfully set up. It was a wonderful space for our group and made the whole stay feel very special. We stayed with a big group of friends. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily come back. A beautiful villa, fantastic amenities and a genuinely wonderful team that made us feel very well looked after.

Nothing. The small road getting into the villa itself was not big enough for large 6+ people cars/vans (it was ok for small cars) so we had to walk to the main road to get those but its only a 1 minute walk.

Everything is perfect about the property! Great pool, nice bedrooms and great property manager.

Our stay was exceptional. Everything was perfect, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, and cleaning was done every day in the whole villa. The amenities were amazing; we even had our own massage room and table. The company offers a lot of services and activities as well. The location was exactly what we were looking for, that is in Ubud, and not on the main road, but a little bit lost in the jungle.

Our main problem was that one of the rooms was inhabited by a tokay gecko, which kept making an awfully loud sound all night long. Some details of the house, such as the painting in the bathroom, are not perfect, but understandable because of the humidity.

La villa était à coupé le souffle, les installations était top, le personnel était exceptionnel. Merci encore à SURYA qui a assuré tout notre séjour, il était la dès qu’on avait besoin de quelques chose. Villa très paisible au milieu des rizières. Je recommande !!
