The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the bay. It’s on a quiet street and perfect for us as a family.
Few cosmetic issues could use sorting out but the apartment is perfectly fine.

Very comfortable, close to Mermaid quay and restaurants
Bathroom was a little cramped

The location was ideal. 15 min from mermaid Quay and water taxi into city centre. When I let Mim know we didn't have a bread knife she came round with one the same evening, so excellent service. Thank you
Bedroom was a bit tight.

The location was good and heated well and well equipped
It was a little dusty, marks and cosmetic issues the bathroom had a strong urine smell, I noticed after through the reviews that issues people had previously are still present in the property. A little gloomy.
Hall way light was not working which made it difficult for us to return everyday as my daughter got scared.
