Obiekt czysty, bardzo dobra oraz bezpieczna lokalizacja. Wszystko co potrzebne znajduje sie w apartamencie. Niska cena w stosunku do jakości apartamentu.

Very modern and comfortable apartment in a brand-new development. The property is well equipped with everything you might need, including plates, cutlery, glasses and other kitchen essentials. The balcony is spacious and a really nice spot to sit and relax. There’s also a convenience store just outside and some good restaurants nearby. Keyless entry makes check-in and check-out really easy, and communication with the owner was very good. If you are travelling with kids Gdansk Wrzeszcz might not be within walking distance but its few minutes by car.
The main issue was noise and very poor soundproofing. The apartment is accessed through a small shared corridor with another flat, and the neighbours returned quite late and made a fair amount of noise — although, to be fair, it’s Gdańsk, so that’s understandable. The bigger problem is that the walls seem to be made of paper. Their bathroom appears to be directly behind ours and you can hear absolutely everything from the neighbouring apartment.

Lokalizacja, chciałem to osiedle.
Do dyspozycji gości były sztućce, talerze i garnki. Wszystko było brudne. W mieszkaniu znajdowała się zmywarka, z której wydobywał się smród. Mocno zakamieniony prysznic i deszczownica.
