I stayed for just one night. The location is near Vienna's central train station and the metro, in a relatively quiet area. The room is small but clean and equipped with the essentials.
The owner sent me the check-in instructions in advance. It was a bit complicated, but we managed.
The Wi-Fi was rather weak, and there were no instructions for using the TV; I couldn't get any channels to work.

The location is the best walking distance to the Vienna Central Station. Many restaurants and fastfoods around the area. The room was clean and quiet so we really had good rest while staying.
There's no microwave for atleast reheating of foods. There is small refrigerator but not working.

The location is great for an early morning trudge to the train station. Under 10 mins. The room was great. Big enough for one person, maybe two. Good big bathroom, too. Aircon worked great. Comfy bed.
It's a kettle and a couple of sachets of coffee away from being superb, really. From the reviews, I was expecting the worst. But once you're inside the dodgy building (it's a big old apartment block, multi use) entrance, which isn't luxury by any means, the rooms are great. And good communication. I advise using WhatsApp. I had no issues. Would book again.

The location is close to the main train station.
Very small room.
