We didn’t have a stay because of the host who we gave grace when she explained herself and she threw it back in our face

We were not able to check in because the host says she was sleeping. She then said she would cancel the booking on the app and refund us because we had to book an emergency alternative accommodation and she didn’t do that either. Feels like Yonela, the host is scamming people. Do not book with her. Till today, she has not refunded the money for the stay that never happened.

We didn’t even get to see it.

Warning "Fraud" Be Careful .Do not Book this please.

It's all fraud , I paid for booking and it was confirmed, and after payment I tried calling and sending messages but no answer and the sad part is I can't get refund. How do we stop such fraudsters? As they are damaging booking.com image. Please remove this property or blacklist this person.

I paid but did not get to even see the property as I had to get security code from the host who ignored my calls.i drove all the way , wasting petrol. Very cruel . It really hurts. I need my money back.

The stay didn’t happen

The visit with this particular host ( yonela) didn’t happen because she came up stories at the eleventh hour and ghosted us. Didn’t answer our calls and ended up blocking us. We don’t even know if she is gonna refund us because the stay didn’t happen. Our money down the drain 😭

“I haveyour booking for checkin today. I do apologise the price charged is too low, and can’t find an alternative Accomodation at that price” after she sent us this message she disappeared

The swimming area was awesome

The apartment was nice but not so beautiful like the rooms, where my wife and I stayed when we visited for the first time.

The scenery 😍

On arrival my family waited more than an hour to access the premises due to the fact we were not given any access codes( 6 digit pin). Finally when we did get access to the unit they were not allowed to use the 1 room as belongings of the previous occupants were still there. Later on 2 guys intoxicated just entered the unit an got into the bedroom relaxed for a while then left.
