The villa has so much space.
Nice quiet location.
Comfortable beds and has a bath.
Enough sunbeds and chairs for 10 people.
The pool table and ping pong 🏓 👌
The only complaint from all the adults staying in the villa was the same needs a little bit of money spent on it.
But nothing else,
Fixing broken tiles and light fittings, the panels around the bath etc.
Maybe an umbrella or two for around the pool

Location was fine
The shower in the en-suite was taped up and the shower over the bath had no screen or curtain. One of the showers downstairs sprayed water all over the place.
