Beautiful house and location. Kids loved the pool. Gorgeous green space. Easy walk to town and beach . Appreciated helpful caretaker.
Older plumbing affected flushing of toilets. But still loved the authentic Tuscan architecture.

Beautiful location, very good outdoor facilities, air conditioning
Bedding was a little bit thin but I understand that is a matter of choice and others would like it.

Outside area was great with lots of space for us but also in the park around the property - perfect for the dog. Great outdoor seating areas. The quiet solitude. Each room had air-conditioning. Easy access to good supermarkets. Good beaches for dogs and kids nearby
The beds and mattresses were pretty basic. The aircon in one room had questionable performance but I raised it to the property management and I am sure it will be corrected soon. The next door town is lacking in good restaurants and cafes. Beaches in Itsly seem to be private or require you to pay a fee for a sun bed.

Krásné ubytování , stylově zařízené , nádherné ticho, zpívali jen ptáci , hezká zahrada s bazénem , který jsme v době našeho pobytu měli jen pro sebe , příjemný a bezproblémový kontakt s majitelem .
