Friendly hosts make me feel like home. Breakfast was amazing! The hotel has a great view of mountains from the room and rooftop. Good vibes in this hotel as the guest interacts with each others.

Excellent location next to the Serena. Fabulous large social area. Excellent staff who try to help. Good value mid September. Close to share van drop off and pick up point outside the Serena, 15 minutes to the main Karimabad area near the fort.
Long check-ins - rooms never seemed ready when guests arrived LOL, superb breakfasts but long waits for dinner. 7am taxi a no-show despite me checking, and no staff about to help at 7.00am despite promises there would be. Normal hot water and power problems.
