Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, things were good. You could tell that the cleaning crew was in a hurry and didn't do a great job cleaning (within 5 minutes of my baby crawling around he had black knees from the dirt and grime), but once I had time to clean things were good.

The space and views were amazing. The master bedroom was huge with a beautiful walk in updated shower and bath with a walk out balcony of the ocean. The other bedrooms were fairly spacious except the bunk room which the bed was a little uncomfortable for my teen daughter but would probably be fine for a small child. We had a few suggestions to make the stay a little more convenient- we wished we would have known they didn’t provide toilet paper or paper towels or garbage bags. Also it would be nice to have a mop or swiffer to clean the floors because being at the beach no matter how hard we tried the floors were very dirty we did use the vaccum provided but they needed a mop since we stayed 5 nights. Batteries needed to be replaced in all the remotes and no cable tv that we could watch -glad we brought our own Apple TV to connect with Roku. The only negative thing I can say was the couch was pretty worn down and the loveseat was broken which a repair guy showed up our first night and said they would be replacing it. Impressed they were prompt, and since it was spring break their was a lot of noise upstairs all hours of the night - not on the homeowner just some Rowdy kids. Overall the place was amazing and we will definitely consider staying there again the pluses definitely outweighed any negative reviews I would go back in a heartbeat.

The condo was clean and inviting! Close to everything! We had a great time!

The unit and property is nice but a little too commercial type for us. We like more of the family feel. Tower 1 hot tub and heated pool wasn't working and if you go to the deli or H2O bar they are very expensive.
