Location very central in Margaret River. Tesla charger a bonus for Tesla owners. House very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.
Upstairs mezzanine level provides limited privacy for couples with others downstairs - this wasn’t clear from the photos or mentioned in the description (from memory). The key system was a bit clunky especially with three separate couples resident - a digital door lock or single key system would be easier.

Great location right in the heart of Margaret River, and feeding the birds was a big bonus
The only thing I would suggest is in the twin bedroom - they really need together rid of the medical bed and the hoist from the ceiling and replace it with a normal single bed, it was a little bit spooky having that there thinking obviously someone wasn’t well that slept in that room, my daughter and her friend where very spooked out staying in that room
