Location and room size
Carpet was very dirty and bathroom was a bit small, different shower curtain could have helped. Felt myself hitting the walls and shower walls when trying to wash my hair and body. Could not exit after hours had to get the person on the outside of the fence to tap the car to open the car boom gate.

The stairs was unexpected right by the door
I think the pieces for stairs rooms with no elevators needs to be thoughtful

2 ensuites in the family room.
For non smoking, having the odour of cigarette smoke wafting in as soon as open the door was not pleasant. A few trip hazards around stairs , but with fairness they did have painted lines to delineate the issue. Quite old.
