The apartment is comfortable and has all the kitchenware, the bathroom is renovated and clean, spacious closet, iron and hairdryer. The location is great, close to all public transportation, there are many supermarkets and stores around. The staff is helpful and welcoming.
I liked everything

The Sky apartment had everything we needed for a city stay. The black out blinds made it easy to sleep and the location was excellent. Walking distance to Prater Park and with trams and the underground just outside the door.
Pillow wasn't great.

Location fantastic. Staff very pleasant.
Restaurant great.
Nowhere did I see that some rooms were not air conditioned. We had 4 rooms and only one was a/c and there were not other a/c rooms available in 4 star hotel.
