I like everything about the hotel, including location, room and the free excellent free breakfast.
There was a loud party at the hotel restaurant with loud music playing until 1am. However that was just one of the two nights we stayed. The other night was totally queit.

On arrival we were upgraded to a superior room which had a perfect rooftop setting with jacuzzi. The room was clean and had very nice views of the surrounding area. Piazza Navona is only a stones throw away.
Shower and toilet had frosted glass, more privacy in this area would have made it better. Motion sensor for the fan/light in the toilet should be manual instead of automatic. But these are minor issues and should not dissuade from booking into this excellent hotel.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was quite lovely…large rooms and in a very busy location with lots of food and shops and attractions nearby. The breakfast was nice, too.
The bed was probably the worst one I have slept on in any hotel…and this was a luxury hotel. The mattress felt hard and cheap, with no soft mattress pad. I would not recommend this hotel because the bed was so bad.
