Property was very fitting for a group of 5. Great staff, staid up late to meet us at 2am after our flight. Close to shops and restaurants.
Location is acceptable, but takes a while to city centre via taxi.

Clean and comfortable, recently renovated room. Everything is new, clean and works fine. All required consumables are provided. I chose a cheap room without a window and still had a comfortable stay.
I especially appreciate the 24-hour front desk and late check-in - very useful for Yerevan due to the frequent night flights.
The name of the Wi-Fi network printed on the room info table was incorrect - the network signal was very weak.
We asked for the correct network in the morning.

"The host is amazing! He picked me up despite I arrived at 3 a.m in the morning and also went to the 24h shop with me just to let me know where I can still get food for the night."
