Grâce au parking de l'hébergement, vous pourrez aisément faire le trajet de 5 minutes jusqu'à Parcours de golf TPC Sawgrass ou de 3 minutes jusqu'à Sawgrass Village.

Accordez-vous un moment de détente au bord d'une piscine collective et découvrez un jardin où siroter un cocktail en toute tranquillité auprès de cet appartement condo de 162 m² qui offre également une terrasse ou un patio. De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi gratuit et télévision.

Un salon, un coin salle à manger, une cheminée et l'air conditionné équipent également cette location avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean, spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, posts and pans. The couches seemed old and in need of replacement. The television in the bedroom doesn’t offer cable but rather an extremely slow and limited roku service. This was useless. They should include a cable service in bedroom as well.

The pictures were as advertised and the condo was in great shape. The showers in both large bedrooms were amazing with plenty of hot water. We loved that it was first floor living and very few steps to gain entrance. The scenery around the condo was beautiful with golf viewsIt was easy to walk around and see other beautiful developments in this communityWe were very close to shopping and many very good restaurants The fact that it had live TV and streaming was a very nice plus. Comfortable furniture, plenty of parking, and nice appliances along with an Ecobee to regulate the heat and air made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Kim from Suncastle was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay in this condo in the future.

The house is beautiful, ample, comfortable and has everything you need. Located in a beautiful place, so close and accesible to the beach, restaurants, markets, and stores. Easy to get to, park, and just come and go. All was in working order, clean, and well mantained. The rooms and living rooms were really comfortable, the porch is amazing at sunsets, the kitchen and dinning area were easy to clean and move around, the mini bar if used is a great plus, the bathrooms were great in size, and the decoration was really homey.The Club is beautiful and surrounded by nature and green, a great place to walk and just be outside and enjoy the well kept grounds. All in all, top recomendation to stay at.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here 3 times and love the location. We hope to continue to stay here. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Think it should have had a deep cleaning prior to our stay, as the renters before us were there for 6 months. Simple stuff that could have been done. Hope that is done prior to our stay in '25.
