Wide halls and spacious rooms.

Air conditioning wasn't working in our room. The breakfast wasn't as good as usual.

Porter was absolutely amazing!!

Mattress, pillows and bedding made for a very good night sleep.

Breakfast could have had more options

It was very clean, the staff was very nice, the location was close to shopping and the breakfast was hot. The front desk guy Sunday morning was awesome.

First I did not like that the two rooms I booked were not together or even on the same floor. The young lady said they had been full for about a week but I booked several weeks before so I should have had my rooms together or at least on the same floor. 2nd while we were there Sunday morning as we were sitting down to eat breakfast a gentleman on the first floor died/overdosed. That was very traumatic for my 9 year old son. I called 911 and my husband tried to help the gentleman. I didn’t like that the front desk guy was still there when we checked out because he was very hands on with the incident, he should have been able to go home he was really stressed from it all. I feel like we should get a discount or a refund because we were hands on and the traumatic experience for my son.
