Excellent apartment, super clean and great comms.
We did not explore the area very much but it seemed more residential

Great property at an excellent location and price. Very clean, easy to find, and the owner was easy to communicate with and very sweet!

A great apartment/ studio near the Dubrovnik city centre. Easily reachable by public transport. The hosts are amazing and would definitely recommend to someone visiting Dubrovnik. Free parking is also available (you just need to reserve it prior). A separate shared kitchen (apart from the private one) is also available in case you need one.
Nothing to dislike, it was great

Location is good. Room/Bathroom/Kitchen is good and decent. Equipped with all needed equipment and items. The apartment is very close to bus stop which goes to Old city. Supermarket like Stundelac is also nearby.
There is a small incline slope to walk down or up to the apartment. Parking situation was not great, it was quite narrow and tricky to park. Air conditioning for Apartment 2 is not best or optimally placed. The air conditioning takes at least 3-4 hrs to make it good cool room.
