It’s really comfortable and really near to the airport!

Chief among the many exceptional qualities of the property are the hosts themselves. During our brief stay, both Lirika and Aurel were attentive, helpful, and wonderful to work with. The property was incredibly clean, well-provisioned, and larger than many nearby options—especially at the price point.

The only less than ideal elements are through no fault of the owner: the general difficulty of securing taxis on a time sensitive basis within the bounds of Artemida—definitely something to be planned in advance—and the ongoing construction nearby. In the interest of clarity, we sought to secure a taxi independently of owner assistance, and we were unable to hear any construction noise within the property itself.

Appartamento spazioso vicino all'aeroporto ed alla spiaggia. L'accoglienza e la gentilezza di Lirika è stata eccezionale! Siamo stati solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati benissimo. Vicino c'è la spiaggia con bei ristorantini serali.

The property is literally a house with many bedrooms a living room and kitchen and bathroom.

It is way too big for a couple, perhaps better suited for a group of 4 to 6 people. Try not to spread yourself too much or you will lose stuff before your flight. The apartment lacks finishing touch. It is located in the basement of the building so it feels a lot like staying in the basement of your grandparents. (Not very romantic) It is located on a weird street in the shady neighbourhood. Of course it is close to the airport but there are no buses that can take you to the airport. The owner is providing a transportation for 15 € Which is very convenient. We found that the beach was quite trashy and unkept, and tought there were better options towards Athens. Clearly not a 9. And pricy when you don’t need such a big place.
