We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, the view from the window was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect, with everything conveniently close by. It’s 5 min walk to the lake. The complimentary garage parking was also a great bonus.
The only downside was the lack of soundproofing, as noise from other rooms could be heard. Fortunately, the hotel was relatively quiet during our off-peak stay, but noise insulation could definitely be improved. The quality of the food in the restaurant could also be better.

Une ambiance montagne et sportive au top : piscine entourée de montagnes, court de tennis, table de ping-pong. Le lac attire du monde mais l'atmosphère reste très familiale, à la fois calme et animée à 3 minutes à pieds du lac qui est magnifique. L'appartement était gigantesque, avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Petit plus : l'accès au restaurant attenant, qui a offert le petit-déjeuner à nos enfants (30 €/par adulte) + d'excellentes pizzas.
Un côté un peu vieillot, à la fois dans l'appartement et dans l'ambiance générale façon pub des années 70 (tout en bois) — cela dit, ça fait aussi partie du charme du lieu pour qui aime ce style rétro.

Just a really lovely spot. Up into the mountains a few k's from Riva del Garda, in the foothills on edge of small Lake Tenno. Alpine feel. Lovely swimming pool, big relaxing terrace and indoor / outdoor seating, fun banter with the restaurant staff and really good food at sensible prices.

Location is gorgeous and fantastic with breakfast and parking available as well as restaurants so you don’t have to drive down the mountain. The beautiful lake is a short walk down a hill.
Too many mosquitoes, wasps and bees to have the doors open in the room to the balconies (no windows) and weather in the high 80s+ with no AC and no fan it made sleeping or being in the rooms unbearable. We ended up having to leave early as none of the adults in our group were able to sleep much due to the heat. (This may be an American complaint, most Europeans don’t seem to mind the lack of AC and will just deal with the bugs and have the doors to outside open).
