Appartement lumineux avec jolie terrasse dans un petit palais du 18ème siècle qui surplombe un canal vénitien traditionnel. L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier très élégant, à proximité des principaux sites, de l'église Frari et de la place San Rocco. Marché du Rialto à 10/15 minutes à pied.
Vous êtes également à 5 minutes à pied de Piazzale Roma et de la gare.
La région compte de nombreux bons restaurants et magasins d'alimentation où déguster notre cuisine traditionnelle. Aussi non loin de Campo Santa Margherita, une belle place où boire un verre de vin.
L'appartement est parfait pour un couple à la recherche d'un endroit romantique pour vivre et passer des moments inoubliables dans notre ville.
La belle terrasse vous permettra de passer des moments de détente en buvant un cocktail le soir ou en prenant votre petit-déjeuner en regardant les télécabines le long du canal

The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood that appears to be safe and secure. There are numerous restaurants, cafés, and dining options within easy walking distance.The apartment itself is exceptionally peaceful, and we particularly enjoyed the charming private balcony, where we could relax while listening to birdsong and watching swallows flying overhead.The unit is somewhat basic in style and could benefit from more natural light; however, it is otherwise very well equipped. It features a good-sized bathroom, a functional and reasonably well-equipped kitchen, and a large refrigerator. Overall, it is an excellent studio apartment—comfortable, clean, and well suited for a pleasant stay.

The apt was clean and large enough to be comfortable. Bed was comfortable. We liked the area as it is not overly crowded. Our stay went well. The street door key is tricky but you get the hang of it.

The apartment was as pictured. Simple, clean. The main room is spacious enough for 1-2, maybe 3 people. There is a small balcony, nice to sit, no view, but pleasant. The kitchen is bare - not for preparing meals: plenty of dishes and utensils, no napkins or paper towels. Bathroom is small - worked for me but take note.
The checkin was amazing. My Google maps has trouble locating the apartment the whole time I was there, and Gödze was so patient and kind with my arrival. Helpful, pleasant, friendly.

We were extremely happy with the choice we made. The location is easy to find, the entrance is to be found at the end of an alley leading from the main street, just 10 minutes walk from the bus station. We were met by Gabriella by the door at the arranged time, who took us up to the flat and gave us a lot of helpful information about everything from the locations of supermarkets, recommended restaurants, and rubbish disposal.
The flat is quiet and far away from the street, with three windows opening directly onto a canal, and has its own patio. There is not very much light, however, and the electric lights are dim. But it is very charming and does not lack anything by way of appliances.
The bed is very large and comfortable, and we have never slept better.
