El apartamento estaba muy limpio, cómodo, funcional, luminoso, tenía todo lo necesario, hasta mosquiteras en las ventanas. EXCELENTE

This apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard. The apartment is large for two people, with a well-equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. The air conditioning is very effective, keeping the apartment at a comfortable temperature. The apartment is well located, close to the beach and the beautiful old town of Estepona.
Two things to be aware of:
1. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
2. There is an immense construction right in the street directly in front of the apartment. The owner let us know about this in advance of our stay. It also makes it more difficult to reach the apartment from the parking station.

The apartment was lovely but the major construction works outside were intolerable and the host didn't advise us about these. We had to cancel our stay and go elsewhere and the overall experience spoilt our holiday. The construction works will continue for some time to come so people need to bear this in mind before booking.
