Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung in Tauplitz rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig ausgesprochen sinnvoll eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste gelegt wurde. Besonders angenehm sind die zwei Bäder, gerade wenn man mit mehreren Personen unterwegs ist. Dazu kommt die wunderschöne Aussicht, die den Aufenthalt noch besonderer macht. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Die Wohnung ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Nach einem aktiven Tag freut man sich umso mehr, in diese schöne und komfortable Wohnung zurückzukehren. Eine wirklich gelungene Kombination aus Stil, Komfort und hervorragender Lage. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wir hätten gerne einen zweiten Sonnenschirm gehabt.

Eine grandiose Ferienwohnung mit fast perfekter Ausstattung. Ausreichend Töpfe und Teller und Gläser und Besteck und alles bis hin zur Käsereibe. Alles schön, alles sauber. Kurzer Weg zum Sessellift, zum Bäcker oder zur Kirche. Das Auto ist in der Tiefgarage bestens aufgehoben und über den Fahrstuhl sehr bequem zum ent- und beladen Die Sauna ist klein aber groß genug und funktioniert bestens. Sehr entspannend nach einem Tag auf der Piste oder auf Wanderungen. Die Couch vor dem großen Fernseher lädt zum Faulenzen ein. Das Beste an unserem Appartement war aber der unglaubliche Blick auf den Grimming. Da braucht man keinen Fernseher.

Einige Kleinigkeiten haben das Gesamtbild etwas gestört: entgegen der Wohnungsbeschreibung bei Booking.com hatte unsere Küche keine Mikrowelle und für einen großen Topf fehlte der passende Deckel. Es ist auch nicht ganz preiswert aber hohe Qualität hat wohl seinen Preis. Wir würden ihn wieder bezahlen für eine fast perfekte Wohnung als Grundlage für eine fast perfekte Urlaubszeit.

Very nice apartment, sizable, great view, perfect location, clean. All facilities stylish and good quality. Sauna was a nice addition.

Nothing, all was great.

The location is good for the summer time( not excellent for winter because you have to walk or drive a bit for ski lift). The apartment is fairly new and well equipped.

1. The staff: we had the bad luck to catch rain the whole stay and we wanted to leave earlier and we asked for a partial refund or to use the sum as a upfront for the winter. They did not provide any solution, and offer NO flexibility at all. 2. The sistem: the check-in is awkward, they send you a few days before your stay some forms you have to download an fill out and sign for every person. We were on the road and it was really strange, unpleasant and stressful. 3. The system: they sent after the booking a mail to pay 30 E via bank transfer for city tax. Again, a lot of manual work. 4. The staff: they sent us the wrong code for the key lock and we stayed in the dark to try every configuration possible to get in. I tried to call them, no answer and then I saw another message with the correct code. 5. The staff: The light in the bathroom did not work, they can only on the last day of our stay to fix it. 6. The apartment: There are no insect nets at the windows and no AC so we had to sleep/stay with the windows open and insects were always inside the rooms. 7. The staff: cleaning needs improvement, a lot of dust on the shelves. If they were more flexible and more customer oriented I could have overlook the other problems, but the combination did leave an unpleasant experience.
