Alles da was man braucht. Als Familie mit zwei Kindern perfekt. Die Lage ist ruhig aber doch sehr zentral. Wir hatten ein kurzes Problem mit dem Strom, es wurde uns direkt geholfen und das Problem wurde beseitigt, dass sogar am Abend.

The property was way bigger than we thought based on the picture. The bathrooms and balcony were a nice extra. The coffee and the pizza place on the corner are the best.

The showers could have been a bit cleaner (lime scale)

Die Lage.

Nicht empfehlenswert!!!! Wir waren früher in Rom. Nach mehrmaligen Anfragen, ob wir nur die Koffer in die Unterkunft stellen dürften bekamen wir von der Angetellten eine Nachricht sofort 25 Euro auf die Hand. Nach längerem Warten kam die Dame, Wir waren einfach nur geschockt, und haben sie hin gewiesen, das wir was anderes gebucht haben, sie fing an zum Schreien. Erklärte uns ein paar Sachen, nahm das Geld und weg war sie!! Der Putztrup war gerade da, übler Geruch! Am Gang wurde renoviert. Die Aussentür wurde jedesmal so zugeschlagen, dass wir aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurden! Die Wohnung entspricht nicht den Fotos auf Booking!!!!! Es war alles kaputt in der Küche! Wir mussten aufpassen, dass da nicht alles zusammen bricht! Das Bad war alles andere als einladend, der Türstock morsch! Nicht sauber!! Der Wasserhahn hing, Geschirrspüler übler Geruch! Die Einrichtung alles aus Plastik,. Wir mussten die Küche, das Geschirr nochmals waschen!!!!! So unfreundliches Personal!!!!!!!!!

The location was excellent, and we appreciated having parking available. The apartment was a good size and provided plenty of space for our stay. Communication with the host was also attentive, and they made an effort to respond to and resolve issues when these were brought to their attention.

Unfortunately, the property lacked attention to detail, and several basic items that you would expect for a comfortable stay were not provided. These included body wash, hand soap, washing powder, a broom, bowls, and a microwave. There were also cleanliness and maintenance issues, including visible mould in the bathroom and mould underneath the windowsill in the bedroom. Overall, the property had potential, but the lack of basic amenities and attention to cleanliness made the stay less comfortable than expected.
