Location, facilities and price

The Bathroom was a little musty smelling and we had a problem with the apartment door locking but the response was very speedy

Good localization. Quick contact with personel.

It’s spacious and nicely equipped

The price and the fact that even though I marked “2people” it still didn’t display the price until you confirm your card . Then you accidentally press “pay” without reviewing and poof…money gone and no refund policy. Also as I received the code for the doors, the code did not work upon the arrival. Also the corridor between building entrance and elevator smells bad (like a cheap soap with something else). And why there’s need for two codes for two doors just to enter the building?

Great location. Plenty of room in the apartment. Some excellent amenities. Great bathroom / laundry / drying area. Good value for the price.

Not a place that I would book again. The layout is quite awkward with the way the beds are crammed in. No bedside lamps for ambient light (just a large bright light over head).. The beds made it feel like a kids slumber party. Beds were layers of combined beds and mattresses. Some cleaning issues. The key code failed for us, so we ended up needing to use a single physical key to access the apartment. This meant we had to coordinate who had the key if we went out at different times. Liberal use of scented deodorizers in the building - not good for people who struggle with strong smells. No rack for hanging clothes out to dry - we had to drape them where we could. Lastly - claiming city views is a big stretch. One side looks directly into wall, the other has a street view. There is no ‘view over the city’, this is a false claim.
