Great location with a short walk to the old city while keeping away from the busy tourist traffic. Easy to get in and out by car. We didn't have any problems finding a parking space.
The housing complex and area are clean and well kept. Several cafes around.
A couple of small things can be improved.
While having enough storage space, there were no hangers to hang your clothes on.
Mattresses on the beds are due to replacement.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß/ Küche gut ausgestattet/ schöne Terrasse/
Die Lage ist in einem Wohngebiet/ weit weg vom Zentrum und Strand / Bad benötigt eine Renovierung/ In der Dusche hängt ein " schmuddeliger Vorhang" ,auf jeden Fall unhygienisch/ in Wohnzimmer steht ein altes Sofa/ in der Wohnung auf gar keinen Fall wertvolle Gegenstände oder .Bargeld zurück lassen !
