We had a wonderful time at Vanand. The room is big, good bathroom and your own kettle, microwave and fridge.
However the best part was the fact that the owner, who is extremely nice, rescues dogs so you can also play with puppies while drinking a delicious Armenian coffee!
The room smelled a little bit like cigarettes when we arrived.

the host Yervand is the sweetest person I had ever met. On arrival he offered me coffee, vodka, bread with liver filling, home grown apricots. But before he greeted me, his 3 companions already gave me a warm welcome, licks & jumps of super friendly active happy dogs. Another lady, seems to be his relative is very kind & saw me off. The location is perfect. Facilities are good enough. This is a welcoming, clean & happy place, so homey that I wish I had stayed longer. 100% recommended
In fact it's not so clean, but it's okay.

Super clean and comfortable stay at Vanand Guest House. The owner was very welcoming, gracious and hospitable. There are also some very lovely Russian uncles that live there that are so kind and friendly. Not to mention the adorable three dogs that live there. I would highly recommend this accommodation!
