The host was lovely with friendly and responsive communication, and allowed me to check in earlier. This meant I could join the historical medieval festival event that afternoon, which was amazing! The location is very central, just a few minutes walk to everything. There are so many great restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries and shops - all close by. The apartment was decorated beautifully, as you can see from the photos, and the building itself is quiet and secure. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay in Cortona and the Ginevra Suite!
Nothing comes to mind.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. A few quirky pieces of art add to its homely feel. Although in the restricted zone of the beautiful town of Cortona, there is free parking within 50m outside the city walls. Very good value for money. A highlight was attending vespers at the monastery sung by the Poor Clare nuns.
Walking up hills! Only joking. The town is built on a hill and the apartment is at the lower end. So everything is up! But then of course down on the way home.
