Proximity
To get water you had to go to gym facilities
Very transient people stay there. Also a college student place. Deposit was $150 more than the cost of room and takes 3 business days for bank to post because it was a Friday checkout

As a former Marriott employee I understand what's acceptable and this marginally passes. This was okay
The beds sagged inward toward the middle. Bathroom uses old noisy toilets waking either of us up at night. other than a small table and two wooden chairs there's no chair to relax in. No companion noticed there's nothing on the walls, paintings art etc.
