Aquarius Kigo Resort

The hotel is located near Lake Victoria with a good view of the lake, which was very refreshing. The rooms are large with a good bed and a waking in bathroom which has a bathtub. The hotel manager, Raymond was very friendly and will ensure your stay at the facilities is worth a good experience. The waiters were friendly as well and the food was amazing. My stay was awesome and felt I was home away from home.

The rooms do not have mirrors and I would have loved a buffet breakfast rather than ordering since I am picky eater when it comes to my breakfast. Other than that, my stay was great at Kigo hotel

I loved the big spacious apartment and the complimentary fruit basket :) They also have an amazing chef. We enjoyed all the meals that we ordered.

Stunning reception area and beautiful rooms furnished to a high standard. The place was clean. The staff were very nice and obliging. Great care was taken cleaning the pool and a lot of time was spent on it. Food was very nice and plentiful. Good choice for breakfast and really appreciated the delicious fresh fruit smoothies. Beautiful traditional Ugandan Tea. Beautiful fresh juices which was really appreciated. Beautiful pool area.

Horrible loud blaring music around the pool area to music like Nicki minaj. Someone making a music video round the pool to with loud speakers. Big birthday party going on one evening. Music, again very loud blaring music blaring into our room. Like being in a nightclub. Was hoping for a relaxing stay but no chance. Some sun loungers were broken. Reception staff didn’t know where to recommend for beach or tourist attractions. Nowhere to walk and enjoy outside the hotel. You are trapped there. No souvenir shop or shop to buy treats and snacks. Being connected with a tour company would be handy. Carpets in rooms need professional carpet cleaning to remove stains and also smelled grimy. Pool area needs bar. A garden area to sit and relax would be nice where the grassy plot of land area is at the bottom.
