Matild Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel

Very beautiful luxury hotel with excellent location.

Sometimes the lobby gets crowded.

The location and the history of the building make this hotel truly special. What made our stay even more memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Turgay. He is a genuine gentleman—warm, respectful, and incredibly attentive. From welcoming us at breakfast to personally seeing us off to our car at the time of checkout, Mr. Turgay made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and personal attention left us with a wonderful impression and made our experience at the hotel feel especially warm and welcoming. Thank you, Mr. Turgay, for making our stay so memorable. You are a true example of exceptional hospitality.

Nice clean

Check-in was very easy and smooth, and the staff were great from the very beginning. They kindly offered me a better room location on a higher floor, and the Reception Manager was personally present and attentive alongside his team. The lobby areas are amazing, with a real sense of luxury. The room was beautifully designed and furnished, with excellent space and very convenient facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and housekeeping was always responsive and supportive with any request or inquiry. The hotel’s location is more than amazing. It is very easy to move around, with many attractions, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. Another great experience combining comfort, luxury, excellent service, and a fantastic location. Definitely a hotel I would be happy to stay at again.
