Mostly location
Hard to beat
Everything seemed small

The location was great, we could walk to the beach within a few minutes…plus the house was cute!
My brothers are bigger and they found the beds uncomfortable. My bed was comfortable but very creaky. Also, the kids room with the dolls set up could be seen as cute but some people in my group were freaked out by the dolls. 😅

It was extremely clean and easy to access. Which made our trip that much more relaxing.
Nothing I can think about

It is close to the beach.
Upstairs bathroom shower when you turn it on and turn it to hot the water turned off. There was barely any water and then the sink water in the upstairs bathroom is only cold water.
