Location was perfect and the flat was some where I could personally live with no problems so all in all it exceeded my expectations. Parking would be the only comment that I would make as it was tight, to say the least but then again, I also have an Audi Q$ Etron and its a big car. All that was required was moving the mins from the wall in front and then putting them back so all in all, not a negative comment, just an observation that I believe would make things easier for others.

Very thoughtfully set out apartment, everything was in the right place. Lovely and comfortable and excellently equipped. It was really central to Whitby town centre, which was just a short 5 mins walk away. Really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.
Not really a didn't like but there was an issue with the outdoor key on the first night but the owner resolved the issue as quickly as possible the next morning. Although this didn't impact what we had planned it was still frustrating. But couldn't fault the owner for him getting things sorted.

The location was superb, and parking was an added bonus
The apartment was tired and not particularly clean, which was a shame. A deep clean and a spruce up would really raise the level.
Cleanliness was not a priority, a used plaster fell out of the blinds, there were crumbs under the coffee maker, the table legs were smeared in sauce and the bathroom needs a massive deep clean, the sink plugs were grotty.
