Its 5-10 minutes walk to Janako Mandir and city center. I liked this newish hotel, Ac worked fine and water was quickly hot. There is an elevator as well

New building, clean room and bathroom, good location.
Hotel did not accept payment by card but instead forced to pay ONLY cash. This is not acceptable for an international traveller and staying in a booking.com empanelled hotel. There is no provision of food as there is no kitchen. However we were served tea. Hotel did not give me payment receipt. They asked me take photo of handwritten statment "paid" which has no relevance. When demanded they said they will add tax which is over and above the the mentioned price.
